The collaboration between Giuliano and Gabriele Cappelletti for Riva 1920 started  with a series of products which enriched the Rialto collection, an important furniture selection designed by Giuliano Cappelletti. The core element which connects all these products is the sensitivity they generate, related to the historic memory, to the morphology and to the materials’ combination.

Giuliano and Gabriele Cappelletti collaborate with many furniture’s company working closely with many craftsmen in the area where they grew up. The capacity and the related experiences during the years by working side by side with these craftsmen influenced their approach to design. The  design activity of the study  established in 1970 was firstly concentrated on product, industrial and interior design, and gradually extended to the architecture’s sector by covering progressively the whole range of design’s service.

Some projects were selected for important competition including Selezione del XVI Compasso d'oro with sink “Lavando” producted by ABC Cucine; Premio 5 Stelle Tecnhotel, Premio Donatella, Selezione International Management, Deco Ter Design Competition, ComOn Design, Brianza Design Competition.

Multifunctional storage unit in blockboard, with glass doors with wooden frame, opening to 180°, and iron base with U-shaped legs. The unit and the interior accessories are designed to meet storage and functional needs. The inside is illuminated by LED strips along the inner sides in the model VITREA 1 and placed on the back behind the shelves in the model VITREA 2; they are activated automatically via touch sensors by the passage of the hand.
